[mrtg] IP based traffic measurement

Hi I am using Cisco1600R.
Does anyone know how to measure
traffic based on IP by MRTG?

If this is impossible or extremely
complicated, does anyone one know
the free/inexpensive software I can download or
purchase to measure IP based traffic?
