[mrtg] Indexmaker differences between 2.8.9 and 2.8.11

There appears to be a difference between Indexmaker 2.8.9 and Indexmaker
2.8.11.

In 2.8.9 the interfaces appear in sorted numeric order (in 2 col) going
across the page.

In 2.8.11 the interfaces don't appear to be in any sorted order at all. 
I have verified that I have the
sort option as default and I have tried other approaches but have not
been able to correct this.

Has anyone else seen this problem?  Is it a bug or a change in
procedure?  If it is a procedure change, does 
anyone know what options are needed to have the interfaces appear in
numeric order.
