[mrtg] mrtg for max4000 & as5300?

here I have a question, I had installed mrtg on my computer,
and successfully make it work to show graph of a router's traffic.

now I want it to do more work , I want it to show the useage  of modem pool of my RAS.
my RAS's type is LUCENT MAX4000 & CISCO as5300.
is there anyone who had do it before? would u pls tell me how to get it  ?
