Linux 7.0 ? Is it Red Hat 7.0 ? Mandrake 7.0 ?
For both of them, get these two packages:

ucd-snmp
ucd-snmp-utils (not only snmpwalk, some other utilities)

go to: http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/UByName.html

if it's neither Red Hat nor Mandrake,

go to the oficial ucd site:
