[mrtg] SV: Please, Help.

Yes I recently worked a long time with this - my problem was CR/LF's at the 
end of the lines.

I FTP'ed a text file in binary mode, somehow a character I couldn't see was 
appended to every line, which made MRTG fail to start.

I had a backup copy of mrtg.cfg I could work recopy ?

But one thing for sure is not to make the cfg files in dos, copy them to 
UNIX - and you have to be sure the editor you are using, doesn't insert 
some ghost characters.

Dear, all.
I have a problem in installing the mrtg tools.
In almost final step,
I typed "./mrtg mrtg.cfg" to compile the mrtg.cfg "

But, It showed me error message that
"ERROR: Line 8 (WorkDir: /user/nwj/public_html) in CFG file(mrtg.cfg)
does not make sense"

I don't understand why it isn't make sense.
How can I act on this?
