[mrtg] Cisco IMA MIBs

I am trying to collect Octets in and out on a Cisco 7513 IMA port. I have
the MIBs from Cisco, but I do not know what files to alter and how to apply
these in MRTG. 

Yes, I'm a little green. Please help.
