You could use GetIf to find that out, or use cfgmaker to create your scripts
and delete the lines you don't want.

If your graphing traffic, use the interface description as your target (read
the docs for more info (reference.html page 7 of 21)) I use this option as I
instantly know which interface I'm polling.
