Just want to state that it is not my hack - I did rename it to CATMaker from
it's author just for my ease of use, but I did not create it at all.
Unfortunately I can not remember who it was that gave it to me.

What about a diff on that against 2.9.12?

I have nothing but 2.9.17 around while your hack is based on 2.9.12.
