[mrtg] project help!

I need a qwik Perl script that will scan the directory containing my cfg files, parse them, and spit out (in text and HTML) the following:

1. Server and target(s) preferably in a summary format.. e.g.

Server1
   - NIC
   - CPU
   - Memory

Server2
   - NIC
   - CPU
   - Memory
