[mrtg] ATM Cell to bytes conversion.

Sorry,

I have seen this asked in the archive many times, but I could not find an answer,

Stratacom IGX, atmTrkStatsTotalCellsTxtoLns   etc.

Counter is in ATM cells, I need to convert to Bytes  (53 or 48 bytes per cell.  We have not decided how picky we will be).

Is there a better way for me to achieve this other then the following.



Script does...
==================
IGX  <--- snmpget atmtrk....

Formats data  (*48 or *53)

snmpset ----> free counter on *nix box

run mrtg with cfg.


I would put that script in as cron instead of the mrtg in cron as it is now.

Any advice to this?
