[mrtg] Changing the scale on the graphs

Every night a backup runs and every server pegs the bandwidth to 10 Mbits.  This is Much higher than normal traffic.  I want to keep the data that is gathered but I want to reduce the scale of the graphs that are generated to make the normal traffic visible.  Is the a way to do this?
