[mrtg] fatal libpng error

hi,
every time i try to run the mrtg : '#mrtg   mrtg.cfg'   i got the following 
errors ,and there are no graphs in the generated files ( *.png )
if anybody have an idea about this please send it in order to fix the 
problem
