Its it at all possible that your CPU utilization has not yet reached or
exceeded 1% since you've started monitoring?  What does an SNMPGET show you?

Post the first few lines of the log file.  The OID works on my 3500 so it
should be 
ok.

Do you get anything returned with an snmpget?
