[mrtg] Creating Graph

All,

I have some data that cannot be retrieved via SNMP. I would however like to
be able to use MRTG to create the graph, so that I don't have an odd one
sticking out like a sore thumb.

I have no problems getting the data into a *.log format. I have no problem
updating that file every 5 minutes, with new data on top. 

How would I call MRTG to just create a graph of the new data, without trying
to do any polling of any kind?
