[mrtg] Can't put logscale working

hi,

i've been using mrtg for a while.

Today i needed logscale so i installed the latest mrtg 2.11.0.

The logscale options is now recognized, but the graphics are still using 
linear scale.

The manual refers something like "logscale when using rateup".

But isn't mrtg already using rateup to get  values.

I've googled for rateup and/or logscale but i couldn't find anything 
relevant.

The question: How can i put my graphics with a log. scale?

Current values:
  Max out: 20Mb/s
  Avg Out: 400 kb/s
  cur out : 100 kb/s
