[mrtg] mrtg error with mod_watch 3.18

Thank you Jan, for your assistance yesterday.  The problem I was having
was in fact not with mrtg, or mod_watch.  My network configuration is
such that it's on a private network.  The mod_watch.pl script was not
able to actually connect to the virtual hosts (real IP) to gather the
data from the /watch-info handler because there was ethernet presence
for the outside world.

It was just a matter of adding an interface for the WAN address and
mod_watch.pl was able to connect to the local vhosts by "ServerName" and
collect for mrtg.
