[mrtg] MRTG not updating RRD files

Cron is one way of doing it, having them run as a daemon (which is how
I've set it up) is how I'm doing it.

from what i remember from mrtg and rrd, don't u need to setup cron to
update them? I may be wrong.

	Permissions are set correctly, I setup RRD to run as a specific
user and 
	group and that user has rw permissions.  Also checked
	with an invalid OID and it is logging to the correct log file.
