[mrtg] Discouraged with CPU counter

For the last 3 days I have been trying to get my MRTG instance to read
the cpu of a windows 2003 server 

So far I have had no luck, tried a multitutde of cfg's oid's etc no
luck. 

I am going to start from ground zero here 

The mrtg machine is a vm of slackware 12 

The windows machine is a dell PE 1650
Is there anything other than the snmp service that needs to be setup on
the windows machine? 

Any advice is greatly appreciated 

I am about ready to shove a 1/4 stick into the server.
