Hi,

When I use it as below it gives error like " ERROR: Target[SOC][_IN_]''c:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin\inno.pl''evaluated to 'c:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin\inno.pl' instead of a number
ERROR: Target[SOC][_OUT_]''c:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin\inno.pl''evaluated to 'c:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin\inno.pl' instead of a number"

Any reason for this?

Thanks & BR,
Gayan

In windows you do it exactly the same. Of course, the paths to the script will be given in Windows notiation, and if you have already assosciated the .pl extension with the Perl interpreter then you dont need to give the pat hto perl. So...

Target[SOC]: `C:\mrtg\bin\SOC.pl`

may well be sufficient in this case, provided this is the place you install the SOC.pl script...

In linux we can set target a perl file as follows.
Target[SOC]: `/usr/bin/perl /etc/mrtg/SOC.pl`
How to do it in windows mrtg?
