using someting like Nagios to monitor availability and get a percentage that

there is a recently added feature that you can add
'routers.cgi*Options[ezwf]: available' to get a percentage data availability
count at the bottom of the graph image. This may be what you're looking
for, and you can also take advantage of the 95th Percentile calculations to give
you a meaningful performance figure.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
