[rrd-users] rrdtool-1.4.7 error

Hullo Users;
I have installed rrdtool 1.4.7 and the config outputs are below:

Config is DONE!



          With MMAP IO: yes

      Build rrd_getopt: no

       Build rrd_graph: yes

       Static programs: no

          Perl Modules: perl_piped perl_shared

           Perl Binary: /usr/local/bin/perl

          Perl Version: 5.12.3

          Perl Options: PREFIX= LIB=/lib/perl/5.12.3

          Ruby Modules: ruby

           Ruby Binary: /usr/bin/ruby

          Ruby Options: sitedir=/lib/ruby

    Build Lua Bindings: no

    Build Tcl Bindings: no

 Build Python Bindings: no

          Build rrdcgi: yes

       Build librrd MT: yes

           Use gettext: yes

           With libDBI: no

          With libwrap: no



             Libraries: -lxml2 -lglib-2.0 -lcairo -lcairo -lcairo -lm
-lcairo -lpng15   -lpangocairo-1.0 -lpango-1.0 -lcairo -lgobject-2.0
-lglib-2.0


After make and make install,i then try to find out the RRDs version and
gives me a mismatch.


Instead of 1.4007 for rrdtool-1.4.7 , it gives me 1.00491


root at gateway:/var/www/cgi-bin/graphMail# perl -e 'use RRDs; print
"$RRDs::VERSION;\n"'

1.000491;



and when i run http://localhost/mailgraph.cgi<http://196.43.133.8/graphMail/mailgraphz.cgi>
i
get the error below:

RRDs version 1.4007 required--this is only version 1.000491 at
/var/www/cgi-bin/mailgraph.cgi
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /var/www/cgi-bin/mailgraph.cgi .


My apache error logs show

 mailgraph.cgi: ERROR: can't handle RRD file version 0003, referer:
http://localhost/mailgraph.cgi.


Could somebody out there advise on the above error and what are the
possible solutions.
