[smokeping-users] smokeping and summer time

Hi Michal,
smokeping uses GMT time for all its internal work ... localtime is
just for presentation ... in other words, smokeping does not
care about either your timezone or your daylight saving time
settings ...

what could be a problem though, is if your computer does not
actually know about winter and summer time and you evfectively
change GMT to compensate for this problem. then obviously smoekping
will run into trouble ...
