The apache user needs to be able to write to those dirs and files.<br>
What I did is give ownership to the apache user and write access only to the owner, group and others only read access.<br>It¢s apparently a common issue I didn¢t believe I missed it when it happened to me, as it wasn¢t my fist master-slave setup.</span></p>

Running debug on both master and slave, data is definitely being sent but I don¢t see anything in the logs on the master server.</p>

Clearly the master and slave are communicating since it¢s pulling the config properly and the ping data is definitely populating on the slave side.</p>
