<span style=" font-family:'Courier New'; font-size: 9pt;">Have you considered using something like VirtualBox [or other VM] to run a "native" *nix copy of Smokeping? IMO, this will be far less prone to problems and easier to maintain and troubleshoot than some Frankenstein Windows install. [I should note that I've never tried installing on Windows, so perhaps it's not as ugly as I imagine - but I'm pretty sure you'll be on your own if you do install in Windows and run into problems.]<br>

You could easily run SP in half a GB of RAM or less. [I suppose depending on the number of targets etc.]<br>

You would find it a lot easier to get someone to help you setup the installation and maintain it for you too. [I'm glad to consider assisting in this case, but I don't think I want to mess with a Windows install...]<br>
