<div>I configured alerts to my Targets, which is working fine. I also have some backup routers that I monitore so the connection is down and an alert is risen.</div>
<div>But everytime I change the Targets file and restart the smokeping service, the alerts are triggered again.</div>
<div>Is there a way, to restart the service so the already "down" Targets don't trigger an alert again?</div>
