[mrtg-developers] URGENT !!! INET6-1.28 and Socket6-0.12

Hi all there:

After a detailed study, I noticed that some of the problems for INET6 were
located on the underlying Socket6-0.11 module :

getipnodebyname(),getipnodebyaddr() were missing, now they are runnable,
so the IPv6 code porting  is easier and cleaner.

So , I released  new versions for both:

Remember, they are not still official at www.cpan.org , I'm waiting for
your tests  ( For me it was succesfull on mrtg-2.10-pre5 ) and next to
get contact with the Socket6 mantainer to include the patch . ( I'm the
mantainer for INET6 )

There is NOTHING to change on MRTG , ( but only the info to point to
INET6-1.28 and Socket6-0.12 )
