[mrtg-developers] Patch for IPv6 documentation

Hi Tobi,

as promised, here is the updated IPv6 documentation, with links and 
information updated to reflect Rafael's INET6.pm.

The first file is a diff to reference.pod, which now acknowledges the 
existence of the IPv6 documentation, and the second is ipv6.pod in its 
entirety (I thought it would be more readable than a diff, and probably 
nobody has modified it since 2.10.0pre3 came out).

It should be pretty easy for anyone to set up IPv6 for MRTG now.
