Your target public at 148.233.24.113 doesn't seem to have an SNMP agent
running, therefore it
cannot retrieve any values.

Before running the cfgmaker, try a test with snmpwalk, something like...

snmpwalk 148.233.24.113 public ip

would return all the vars in the ip mib.
