If you haven't already recieved a reply to this, here goes:
At the very top of the config file, you should have entered a line something
to the effect of
WorkDir: /home/httpd/html/stats
this would place all of the corresponding .html and .gif files into the
/home/httpd/html/stats directory. The directory location is entirely up to
you, just remember that whatever user you are running MRTG as, should have
access to write to that directory. The above line is mandatory.
An additional way to track your devices being monitored is to use the
Directory[xyz] : /home/httpd/html/stats/special-device
this would place all of the associated files that had the 'xyz' device into
the special-device directory.
