[mrtg] Automatic title

Hello,

I use mrtg to see the traffic on the ports of some Cisco 5000.

I would like to configure the Title[....] as automatic, so if someone
change the machine connected to one port, mrtg realised about the
change. Something like to get at the graph in my web page the label
returned when I ask for "show port name" in the Cisco 5000.

I've found an especific Cisco MIB which returns that label, but if I put
the mib in the Title[....] section, mrtg just show me the MIB name.

Is possible to do this? Any clue?
