-r is used to define a search string.  Regular expressions are almost a
language into themselves. O'Reilly has a book on them.   If you want
everything in the cfg file use '.' as your regular expresssion. 

EX:

perl indexmaker -t 'title of the html page' -r '.' -o > /httpd/test.html
