1. Yes they are basicly portable, as long as you change your
working directory. Which in this case seems to be your problem.
If you are running on NT you dont have a /home directory. It
should be something like c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mrtg

workDir: /home/httpd/html/web/nt/phoenix
IconDir: /home/http/html/web
