This is what I use:
Target[nt4server.cpu]:1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.3.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.
3.1.1.2.1.10.0:public at 10.0.0.1
The second one is always 0.
