Kirk,

I'm not sure how long you're letting it run.  However:

1.  If the CPU is not being used (thus 0 or 1 percent usage) then you
probably won't see much.
2.  Give it a few cycles then check the graphs, also check the log file and
look at the numbers.

1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.3.0 = cpuPercentProcessorTime
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.4.0 = cpuPercentUserTime
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.5.0 = cpuPercentPriviligedTime

You want the first one.
