I solved this by moving my 'Total BW' graphs over to RRDTool.  It is
not an IOS bug.  RRDTool and MRTG deal with the rolling 32 bit counter
problem differently and I think this may be the cause of the
inconsistent graphing of high amounts of traffic on MRTG.
