[mrtg] Cisco 3640 Modems in use?

Does anyone know of the best way to monitor a Cisco 3640's modems in use? 
With our Livingstons we just used the pmlines.pl script. When we did a 
configmaker on the 3640, it gave us a config file to monitor all ports and 
only bandwidth stats.
