Not without hacking the script, or abusing the "maxbytes" and "absmax"
settings.

The proper way of doing this (IMHO) is to start using rrdtool.  You can
do this rather simple by using 14all.cgi (to be found in the contrib dir)
and read all of the available documentation.  When it is running properly
you can alter the script (or write your own) and use the available options
to just do what you asked for.

It takes some time to study rrdtool but it is worth it.
