Daylight savings time != setting the clock one hour back.

*the* clock doesn't change.

The time used by MRTG is UTC and this doesn't change.
Only the representation of the *local* time changes.

You must see this as turning the ring with the numbers (the hours) one
hour.  The time doesn't change.
