[mrtg] Sample of using IP addresses in .cfg files?

Does anyone have a sample of using IP addresses in .cfg files?
I have already looked at cfgmaker_ip (doesn't run properly) and
cfgmaker_phys (can't find it in my download).  Just looking for a sample
interface config so that I can update my files by hand.
