[mrtg] NON SNMP

Hello there 
i have an application that returns a number ia a text file like 34, every 5 minutes.
my OS is WinNT, i have read config.txt in doc folder, but unfortunately 
could not do it.
can i graph these numbers every 5 minute,
my cfg file starts like this

Target[sss]: `D:\abcd\sss.txt`
..........
....etc.etc.

any body to help me
