Most likely you won't get enough per second ...

You are displaying the delta (the increment) per second and are probably
measuring per 300 seconds (5 minutes).
Any number < 300 will then be rounded down to 0.

Look in "config.html" or "config.txt" for "perhour" and "perminute".
