I' also interested in such a feature, and I'm also willing to invest some
time in that. Unfortunately, my Perl is rather poor.

Sort of.  You could filter the output of the ip accounting command for
known hosts and feed each host (or set of hosts) to separate MRTG runs.

Make sure to use unknaszero when doing this...

It is not standard and therefore you'll have to program it yourself.
Without any knowledge on your skills and experience there's no point
in giving examples here, they're either too much or not enough :-)
