[mrtg] Accessing ATM sub-interface statistics on a Cisco RSM

I have a Cisco switch with a Route Switch Module installed, that is
configured with an ATM interface and multiple ATM sub-interfaces.  When I do
an SNMP query on the RSM (via cfgmaker, HP OpenView, or manually) the switch
reports an SNMP IF reference only for the primary ATM interface.

If I go to the actual box and execute 'show atm vc' commands, I can get the
input/output for the individual VCs.

How do I use SNMP to query for the stats on the individual VCs?
