[mrtg] Re: Indexmaker from 2.8.0 and 2.8.2 not working on NT4

The indexmaker in 2.8.3 also doesn't work in NT4.
Doesn't put up any graphs or links to them.  Only the default title
(for some reason the title option also doesn't work) and the MRTG Icons.
