The directory structure is not the problem, you need to update the Perl
libraries from Activestate.  There were some things that changed, in my
case, upgrading the Perl installation fixed the problems.  I was upgrading
from 2.5.2.

Also, if you are running MRTG under Win95, you have to have DCOM installed.
