[mrtg] HP Printer MIB - Found it

Someone else was looking for this; I did a FPT search and found the MIB.
I took the liberty of uploading it to the vault, in the MIBs directory.

I hope that is alright.  If not I apologize.

I will be getting a HP LJ soon (I hope) and I would like to monitor it.
