Yes, but it doesn't work for me for proccessor load ;(
When i'm doing snmpwalk, i only see up to 
enterprises.311.1.1.3.1.1.6(logdsklogicalDiskTable according to tree.doc).
fyi, the instalation is smooth without "error".
any clue?
