And also check that the registry values for the sub-agents are still there.
Those are (from the NT SNMP guide by charles at toucan.ie):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\LANManagerMIB2Agent\CurrentVersion and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\RFC1156Agent\CurrentVersion you should
find in both keys an entry for Pathname pointing to
%SystemRoot%\System32\lmmib2.dll in the case of the LANManagerMib2Agent and
%SystemRoot%\System32\inetmib1.dll

After making the changes did you restart the SNMP Service.
