[mrtg] cnfgmaker error

I have finished installing all what is required to run MRTG 2.8.9 
Unfortunately,
when i tried to run the cnfgmaker file i had this error message:(
cannot locate BER.pm in @INC <@INC contains: c:/perl/lib
c:/perl/site/lib.) completion aborted at cnfgmaker line 13.)
By the way, i have installed active perl.( not perl 5) does this have any
thing to do with error i have got..?
