1. To solve "libxxxx.so not found" errors (on Solaris), I added an
explicit LD_LIBRARY_PATH assignment to the "run_mrtg" wrapper.
#!/bin/sh
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib:/usr/openwin/lib:/usr/dt/lib:/usr/ucblib:/usr/local/lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
cd /usr/local/mrtg
./mrtg mrtg.conf
2. I just installed Apache (1.3.9) , pretty much w/o any changes, and
everything worked fine. My browsers are Netscape Navigator 4.x
(Solaris, Linux, Win*) and IE 4.x (Win*). I think the magic
telling a HTTP server about a file's type is in the "mime.types" file.
The Apache distribution already had "image/png png".
